Wellness Area
THE WELLNESS AREA
Relax. Recover. Recharge.
At NLFitness, we believe looking after yourself goes beyond the gym floor. Training hard is great, but taking time to slow down, recover and switch off is just as important.
That’s why, in partnership with our good friends at Revill Design Group, we’ve created our very own outdoor Wellness Area – a dedicated space to escape the everyday, unwind and give your body and mind a little TLC.
Whether you’re recovering from a tough training session, looking to ease tired muscles, or simply fancy some time away from the hustle and bustle of daily life, our Wellness Area offers the perfect place to reset.
What’s on offer?
Sauna
Enjoy the warmth of our beautifully handmade traditional sauna, designed to help you relax, unwind and enjoy some well-earned downtime. Whether it’s after a workout or just as some downtime and recovery, there’s something special about switching off in the heat.
Cold Shower
Embrace the refreshing contrast of cold water after your sauna. Our outdoor cold shower offers an invigorating experience that’s guaranteed to wake you up and leave you feeling refreshed inbetween and after your sauna use.
A Space to Switch Off
No distractions, no rushing around. Just an opportunity to slow things down, enjoy the outdoors and take some time for yourself. Come alone for a bit of peace and quiet or share the experience with friends and family.
Your Wellness, Your Way
Our Wellness Area isn’t just for gym members, we want this space to be enjoyed by the local community. Whether you’re sauna-ing with friends, want some alone time or you’re a team or business looking for some quality team building time. we’re got an option for you.
With options for individual sessions and private hire, you can make the experience your own.
Not Your Average Recovery
We spend so much time focusing on doing more – more training, more work, more commitments. Sometimes the best thing you can do is take a little time to do less.
Train hard. Recover well. Feel good.
